Stuyvesant NY. Red Oak Farm is a NOFA-NY Certified Organic farm. We are located on 85 acres of open pasture, cultivated cropland and woodlands, 60 acres of which is under an agricultural conservation easement. We currently manage about 12 acres planted in vegetables, berries, apples, herbs and open pasture for our heritage-breed laying hens.
