There are 2 ways you can do this. You can either put your entire team in lifesteal gear. Lifesteal gear is really effective in the clan boss, or the replacement of lifesteal gear is the leech debuff or you can have somebody as a healer. All three of those things are really effective. Decrease defence and weaken will help you push out more damage.
Draconis is one of the best rares for Clan Boss in this faction. Stun prevents cooldowns from ticking when they are stunned. Skullcrusher's passive does not make him immune to that effect even if it cleanses the stun off completely. Yes, the clan boss HAS to target the non veiled person regardless of all other factors. I have been using Duchess for over a year who has an AoE perfect veil.

Clan boss will eventually kill everyone else on your team and then stun Paragon so he can’t apply the buff. In order to keep the unkillable buff up even with the stun you need two turns for every one turn that Clan Boss gets. I run Aothar/Frozen Banshee as my stun target depending on affinity. The issue with using a void stun target is if you have another non-void champ in the team who is weak to the boss.
