This sieve is specially designed to sift larger quantities of matcha in preparation for a tea ceremony. Note: When cleaning the sieve, wipe off the matcha powder with a dry cloth or tissue. Do not use water because that can cause the sieve to rust. When you open newly purchased matcha, you may find that some of the powder has formed small clumps.
Ippodo Premium Select Matcha is my favorite tea offering from Ippodo so my expectations were high for this one. There is not much volume as expected so I used only a teaspoon at a time.
