The bagels were bland and tasteless. I really expected bagels from an actual bagel shop to be better than Panera bread but here we are. I am giving 2 stars because the staff was very nice and seemed to be doing their best. I have seen big apple bagels around in my travels and now I know to look elsewhere. My rating: avoid.
