Retainers can be hired through a retainer vocate in ARR major city. You will be prompted to do a character creation similar to when you made your character, and have to give them a nickname and personality type. You can use a Retainer Fantasia to redo the character creation for them later, but it requires removal of all gear.To be specific, I'm not talking about Retainer Fantasia. I'm trying to put Mog Station hairstyles on my retainers if possible. When you use a Fantasia and go to the Retainer Vocate, it sas you can instruct to send a retainer to the Aesthetician, but I can't find that option anywhere. May 26, 2023 · As of Patch 5.4, the amount of experience gained via retainer quick exploration is fixed depending on the retainer's level. Retainers equipped with more powerful gear will receive items in greater quantities, with a greater chance of obtaining High Quality items. The chance to obtain rare items based on gear has been removed. This is the free way of doing it, but you can also change the appearance with a Retainer Fantasia. They're around 20k on the marketboard. Price varying based on server, obviously.
